TERMS / CONDITIONS / PRIVACY / REFUNDS
The following terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the Golden Eagle (hereinafter known as the “G.E Provider”), to
provide PAID Extra-
1.1 An individual can enroll in the programs offered by the ECA Provider and such enrolment is personal to the person and is non-
1.2 All enrolments are subject to the approval of the ECA Provider’s Management. The ECA Provider’s Management reserves the right to
reject any application for enrolment into the ECA Provider’s program for any reason whatsoever.
1.3 A participant cannot enroll in the ECA Provider’s Programme Offering without a duly filled in Application
1.4 All participants must abide by the rules of the ECA Provider which may be amended, varied, deleted and added from time to time at the
ECA Provider’s exclusive discretion.
2. FEES AND CHARGES
2.1 As a condition of enrolment into the ECA Provider’s Programme a participant shall pay the ECA Provider’s Fees which include
Registration, Program Fees, uniforms and any/all necessary training equipment. Each person must purchase his/her own equipment for
hygiene purposes. The amount, manner and time of payment of such fee shall be established by the ECA Provider and may be changed
from time to time at the ECA Provider’s exclusive discretion. All payments are non-

2.2 The ECA Provider at its exclusive right shall cancel any participant’s enrolment into the ECA Provider if the ECA Provider’s fees are
not paid PRIOR to the program offering or remain outstanding for a period of more than 7 days. Paid amount is non refundable.
2.3 No make up sessions will be provided during public and governmental holidays.
2.4 No Discounts or barter deals are given so please don’t ask. We are a company and operate as such.
2.5 The ECA Provider reserves the right to introduce and vary the fees and the programs from time to time subject to the availability of the
program and specialists.
3. MEDICAL CONDITION
3.1 The participant’s warrants and represents that he/she is in good physical condition and that he/she knows of no medical or other reason
why he/she is not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and that such experience would not be detrimental to his/her health,
safety, comfort or physical condition.
3.2 The participant shall not use the ECA Provider’s facilities or enroll in a program offering if he/she is suffering from any infections or
contagious illness, disease or other ailments such as open cuts, abrasions, open sores, or minor infections, where there is a risk that such
use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other members.
3.3 Members are advised to consult their physician prior to commencing any type of physical exercise.
4. TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT
4.1 Participants who wish to terminate their enrolment in the ECA Provider’s program must advise the ECA Provider in writing at least 1
week before the beginning of their next training term program to avoid automatic membership renewal.
4.2 All participants are required to present themselves in person to ECA Provider before a prospective participant’s Application is processed.
The ECA Provider reserves the right of admission. All fees are paid in advance and are not refundable.
5. EXPULSION OF PARTICIPANT
5.1 The ECA Provider may terminate the enrolment of participant under any one of the below conditions:
5.2 Without notice and with immediate effect if a participant’s conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of complaint by another
participant’s is such that in the reasonable opinion of the ECA Provider, it is harmful to the character and / or interest of the ECA Provider
and to other members who are enrolled in the programs of the ECA Provider.
5.3 Without notice and with immediate effect if the participant shall have committed any breach of the terms and conditions noted herein
and the the ECA Provider’s rules and regulations which are in force and may change from time to time.
5.4 A participant whose enrolment is terminated by the ECA Provider shall forfeit all the privileges of participating in the ECA Provider’s
programs with immediate effect without any claim of any refund. He/she shall be required to settle all outstanding dues. The participant

6. OPERATION HOURS
6.1 The ECA Provider’s operating hours are adjusted seasonally and in accordance with the availability of the program, program administrator,
and the frequency of participant usage. The ECA Provider reserves the right to change the operating hours at any time. The School’s facility
reserves the right to cancel our classes if they require the room. Students must continue their classes at another location. No refunds will be
7. DRESS CODE
7.1 Participants are expected to wear their assigned custom made uniforms when using the ECA Provider’s facilities. The ECA Provider
reserves the right to prohibit the use of any personal equipment on the premises unless that equipment is required for the program offering.
7.2 Every participant understands that he/she may be asked to bring his/her equipment for those programs which must be purchase from the
8. RESTRICTED MOVEMENT TO DESIGNATED AREAS
The ECA Provider’s program offering will be conducted only in designated areas. Participants are not allowed to roam around non-
areas such as restricted office areas.
9. WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND SEVERABILITY
9.1 Each Participant understands that training, sports or fitness activities in the program offering may potentially involve risks of physical
injury and related damages. The Participant therefore expressly agrees to assume the risk that he/she, may suffer injury or damage as a result
of his/her use of the ECA Provider’s facilities and equipment, and agrees for himself/herself that the ECA Provider (including its owners,
partners, members, directors, officers, attorneys, employees and staff) will not be liable for any damages nor injuries member may suffer
whilst enrolled in the ECA’s Provider’s programmes. The participant further agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified and harmless ECA
Provider’s staff, directors and shareholders in respect of any amounts which they may pay, in respect of medical or other expenses arising
from accidental bodily injury other than as set out here. Personal insurance coverage is advised.
9.3 The Participant agrees that the ECA Provider will not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft or damage to the participant’s personal
property during the instructional program.
9.4 The Participant is responsible and shall bear the cost of repairing or replacing as decided by the ECA Provider, any direct or indirect
damages to the ECA Provider’s property. The ECA Provider’s property shall be deemed to include but not be restricted to: the facility and/or
the ECA Provider’s internal and external equipment. The ECA provider’s equipment and furniture and fixtures and consumables and resources
etc. The Participant further agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the ECA Provider in respect of any loss or damage to property belonging
to the ECA Provider’s or property in their custody or control.
10. COPYRIGHT / PRIVACY
10.1 The Participant agrees to be photographed and videoed at any time and photos and videos can used by the ECA Provider for any
promotional and advertising media at their discretion.
10.2 The Participant agrees and confirms that none of the information / program structure / program trainings provided during the ECA shall
be copied or used outside the ECA assigned area without written authorization from the ECA Provider.
10.3 If any provision of this agreement is ruled invalid or unenforceable as applied to any person or circumstance, all other provisions of this
agreement shall remain valid and enforceable as applied to all other persons and circumstances.
10.4 Terms and Conditions of enrolment and participation may change at any time without notice.
