Corporate Wellness Program

 Just Breathe – The Chi Initiative is a breakthrough Corporate Wellness Program designed after years of experience, practice, and refinement. Drawing from the ancient Chinese arts of Tai Chi and Qigong, this program empowers employees with practical tools to manage stress, enhance health, and cultivate a balanced, positive mindset towards work, colleagues, and life. Created by Master John Duval and Master Frank Rao. 

Program Description

Each session of “Just Breathe” is a unique journey, introducing simple yet powerful Tai Chi and Qigong practices that balance internal energy, release tension, and sharpen mental clarity. Employees learn to breathe with awareness to calm the mind and enhance focus, open energy pathways to stimulate natural healing without the use of needles, stretch and move gracefully to improve posture, flexibility, and circulation, and harness positive energy to restore vitality while reducing fatigue.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi offers precious wisdom for both health and artistic expression, providing an education deeply grounded in kinetics, medical science, physiology, body mechanics, psychology, philosophy, and aesthetics. Beyond being a physical practice, it is a holistic discipline that cultivates mindfulness, resilience, and inner balance, while enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall vitality. By blending ancient tradition with modern understanding, Tai Chi empowers individuals to harmonize body and

Qigong

 This ancient healing exercise is both relaxing and energizing, with each set of movements carefully designed to activate and cleanse the dan tiens and specific acupuncture meridians. It is often described as a natural form of acupuncture without needles, gently opening the body’s energy pathways to restore balance and vitality. At the same time, it improves circulation, enhances breathing, calms the mind, and builds resilience against daily stress—making it a powerful practice for holistic heal

Meditation

 A set of specialized meditation techniques designed to support stress management, enhance focus and concentration, and provide effective tools for coping with anxiety and depression. These practices cultivate calmness, resilience, and emotional balance, empowering individuals to manage challenges with clarity and confidence. 

Why Learn to Breathe

Breathing correctly purifies the blood by contributing oxygen and eliminating carbon dioxide. This provides the body with the essential element for longevity, healing and wellness. Breathing deeply and slowly also brings along physical relaxation as well as a state of calm, serenity and well-being, hence eliminating stress in your everyday life. Breathing correctly while positioning your body in a certain way can increase the health benefits.

Kidnapped at the age of 9, his parents knew that it was essential to learn how to protect yourself, family and friends. So after his release, he started training from the age of 9 Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. Opened his first school in London in 1997, Vienna 2003 and Dubai 201

In Dubai since 2010 teaching the ways to longevity
