Corporate Wellness Program

"Just Breathe" The Chi Initiative is a Corporate Wellness Program designed after years of experience, practice and modifications. We have combined the Ancient Chinese Arts of Tai Chi and Qigong into a breakthrough Program. The Program is designed to help employees develop the skills to manage their stress, keep healthy and maintain a positive mental attitude towards their work, colleagues and life. To complete our program we have also included Meditation, Yoga, Reiki healing and Executive Coaching sessions. All in one Program.

Program Description

Our specialized corporate programs are a combination of the below healing elements. Each session provided will be a new experience for the individual at the same time it will benefit the practitioner in various health aspects. From balancing their internal energy to opening all the acupuncture pressure points without the use of needles, learning how to breathe correctly while performing specific stretches, learning how to focus the positive energy for healing purposes and enjoying the blissful

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi offers precious wisdom in regards to health and artistic expression by providing an education deeply grounded in kinetics, medical science, physiology, body mechanics, psychology, philosophy, and aesthetics 

Qigong

This is the ancient healing exercise  is relaxing and energizing at the same time, with each set of movements designed to activate and cleanse the dan tiens and particular acupuncture meridians.  A Natural Form of Acupuncture without needles.  

Meditation

A set of specific meditation techniques designed to help in stress management, focusing, anxiety and depression. Add a description about this item


Reike

Reiki technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. 

Yoga

Hatha yoga is accompanied by breathing techniques and exercises of pranayama, that encourages the control of your breath. Through the techniques of pranayama, we exercise all the muscles and organs involved in breathing, which delivers calm and energy to the brain and body. It is reported to reduce stress-related disorders. 

Executive coaching

Executive coaching “helping people become leaders companies love to higher and people love to follow”. Helping employees develop the proper internal mental process to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved while maintaining employee engagement and a healthy organizational culture. 

Why Learn to Breathe

Breathing correctly purifies the blood by contributing oxygen and eliminating carbon dioxide. This provides the body with the essential element for longevity, healing and wellness. Breathing deeply and slowly also brings along physical relaxation as well as a state of calm, serenity and well-being, hence eliminating stress in your everyday life. Breathing correctly while positioning your body in a certain way can increase the health benefits.

Kidnapped at the age of 9, his parents knew that it was essential to learn how to protect yourself, family and friends. So after his release, he started training from the age of 9 Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. Opened his first school in London in 1997, Vienna 2003 and Dubai 201
