Golden Eagle Martial Arts specializes in Chinese based Martial Arts. Specializing in Shaolin Kung Fu, Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. 

Tai Chi Chuan

Known for its Meditation in Motion, this ancient Chinese Art works your internal energy to balance your Ying and Yang (positive and negative) energy. Putting your mind and body at ease allowing you to live a stress free life-style.


There are now five main styles of Tai Chi Chuan: Chen, Yang, Sun and the two Wu styles. Chen style is the original Parent, the Father of the styles. Tai Chi offers precious wisdom in regards to health and artistic expression by providing an education deeply grounded in kinetics, medical science, physiology, body mechanics, psychology, philosophy, and aesthetics.  Ancient Chinese Martial Art of Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) inscribed as UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. 

Kung Fu

Shaolin Kung Fu and Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu originated from the Shaolin Temple in China. 


This Chinese Martial Arts has a wide range of hand and foot techniques focusing on power, speed and agility. With its multiple animal forms and more than 50 various weapons, this Art provides the foundation of a strong and healthy life style. Self defense, coordination, agility, focus and speed is the fundamental learning of these Arts. 

Qi Gong

Qigong is the ancient healing exercise created by Da Mo (Bodhidharma), the founder of Chan (Zen) Buddhism 1500 years ago. 


This gentle exercise is relaxing and energizing at the same time, with each set of movements designed to activate and cleanse the dan tiens and particular acupuncture meridians without the use of needles.


The Qigong sets forming a comprehensive system of progressively more advanced techniques towards gaining complete mastery of ones Qi, or vital energy. Qi means energy. Gong means work. Translating it to "Energy Work"
